Job Title: Cleaner/Housekeeper (full time)
Location: The Lodge, Salhouse (Norfolk Broads)
Hours: 30–40 hours per week

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at The Lodge in Salhouse, a beautiful property set in the heart of the Norfolk Broads.
About the Role
As the Housekeeper, you will ensure that The Lodge is always presented to the highest standard, providing a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning bar, restaurant and restaurant toilets
• Cleaning and maintaining guest bedrooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.
• Changing bed linen and towels, replenishing toiletries, and ensuring rooms are well presented.
• Monitoring cleaning supplies and reporting when stock needs replenishing.
• Assisting with occasional deep cleaning
• Reporting any maintenance issues promptly.

About You

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred, but not essential – full training provided.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high standards of cleanliness.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Flexible and able to adapt to the needs of guests and the business.
