An opportunity has arisen at the Bank House Hotel, Spa & Golf Club for Room Attendant to join our busy Housekeeping team. Hours 10.00am till 2.00pm part time.
The hotel does not provide Staff accommodation. Public transport is limited so advise to have alternative transport.

Responsibilities

  • Change bed linen and make beds
  • Replace used towels
  • Sweep and mop floors
  • Vacuum carpets
  • Dust furniture
  • Replenish bath care products (e.g. soap and shampoo)
  • Restock beverages and food items in the mini-bar
  • Clean public areas, like corridors
  • Report any technical issues and maintenance needs
  • Address guests’ queries (e.g. on additional services)
  • Help guests retrieve lost items
  • Ensure all assigned rooms are clean and tidy by the end of the shift
  • Follow hotel security guidelines.

The Bank House Hotel & Golf Club is a 4 star hotel which boasts 66 rooms, a restaurant and bar, as well as flexible business facilities with meeting and conference rooms suitable for training courses, conferences, workshops or corporate celebration dinners, weddings & events for up to 500 people. It also has the beautiful Malvern View Spa, and the picturesque Bransford Golf Club.
