What does a Rouse Housekeeper do?

• Support a positive, homelike environment for residents by providing cleaning services to resident rooms, dining and common areas.
• Provide cleaning services to full facility including hallways, offices, salon and employee common areas.
• Ensure that the dignity of all residents is preserved.
• Enhances department by working together as a team to accept ownership for tasks while exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

What are the requirements to be a Housekeeper at the Rouse?

• Must be willing and able to pass drug/alcohol screening and complete physical.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior housekeeping experience in a healthcare environment a plus.
