Description Housekeeper – Full-Time (Monday–Friday) Location: Santa Marta, a Catholic-sponsored CCRC Department: Housekeeping About Santa Marta: Santa Marta is a Catholic-sponsored continuing care retirement community dedicated to enabling senior adults to live full and active lives within a secure, hospitable, and faith-filled environment. Our team takes pride in providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, welcoming community for residents and guests. Position Summary: The Housekeeper performs cleaning duties throughout the community in accordance with established policies and procedures. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday Must have availability to occasionally work a weekend day if needed Key Responsibilities: Clean resident apartments, common areas, lounges, and offices according to schedule. Sweep, dust, mop, and vacuum floors, carpets, and stairways. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, fixtures, and surfaces; restock supplies. Collect and dispose of trash in designated areas. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good order. Report repair needs or supply shortages to the Lead Housekeeper. Provide courteous, respectful service to residents and coworkers. Qualifications: 1–3 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality. Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions in English. Warm, friendly, and professional demeanor when interacting with residents and team members. Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
