SKILLS

• Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles
• Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and cleaning techniques
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships
• Familiarity with floor care methods and equipment operation
• Experience in commercial cleaning environments is a plus
• Previous hotel experience is beneficial for understanding guest expectations
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing
• Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing floors
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences
• Maintain cleanliness in kitchens by performing cooking tasks when required
• Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed in all cleaning activities
• Assist with janitorial tasks in commercial settings as needed
• Handle carpet cleaning duties using appropriate equipment and techniques
• Support housekeeping management with inventory control of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with team members to ensure all areas meet established cleanliness standards
