This role ensures all facilities are clean, fully stocked, and prepared for daily use and special events.   Job Summary (Essential Functions): * Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the Operations Center, Tennis Clubhouse * Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors * Dusting furniture and other surfaces * Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, showers, lockers and other areas * Wiping down counters, tables, and other surfaces * Cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces  * Disposing of trash and recycling materials  * Replacing towels and toiletries * Sweep patio areas and dust patio furniture * Maintain outside of Clubhouse buildings (cleans walkways, patios and entrances) * Spot clean carpets when necessary * Keeping light fixtures clean * Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations * Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues * Washes/fold tennis towels * Prepare the Tennis Clubhouse for racquets events (organize common areas, ensure restrooms are fully stocked and clean) * Safely operates golf cart to navigate club campus * Cleaning and stocking the cafeteria and kitchen areas   Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Must be able to lift 50 lbs, as well as stand for extended periods of time. Frequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, stooping, squatting.   Qualifications: * Education: * While not always required, a high school diploma or equivalent is often preferred. * Experience: * Understanding cleaning products, techniques, and safety protocols.  * Housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred. * Skills: * Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude, especially in hospitality settings.  * Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace is essential.  * Thoroughness and a keen eye for cleanliness are crucial.  * Ability to work independently.   Work Schedule and Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm Wednesday-Sunday Hours may vary depending on operational needs   This job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee in this position.
