Housekeeper Housekeeper | Southend | Permanent | Full-time, 37.5 hours per week Spire Wellesley Hospital have an exciting opportunity for a Housekeeper to join our team on a full-time permanent basis working 37.5 hours per week. You will be responsible for the delivery of high quality housekeeping service to the hospital and auxiliary buildings. We operate a rota shift pattern; working hours will be 5 out of 7 days, with shift patterns: 6am - 2pm 7am - 3pm 9.30am – 5.30pm 2pm to 10pm Please only apply if you are able to commit to these shift patterns as this will be on a rota. This will include weekend cover of the Ward & Theatres. Duties and responsibilities Complete cleaning schedules related to the shift, ensuring rooms are ready set to the correct layout as needed and both offices and public areas are cleaned to the highest standards Compliance with all Health and Safety at Work Regulations including COSHH. Carry out any other duty that reasonably falls within the general nature and level of responsibility of the post. Who we're looking for Experience of working in a similar role, in a customer facing environment but this is not essential. What is important is that you are hard working and reliable It is desirable but not essential that you have an awareness and understanding of Health & Safety at work and COSHH Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team.
