JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial cleaning, preferably within a hotel environment, and possess strong customer service skills. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness of rooms and organisation of our facilities, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

  We are an independent, multi-award-winning business (most recently awarded 2 AA rosettes for our A La Carte Restaurant) looking for an experienced, friendly, motivated and talented team member to join our new hotel team. Please note this is a part-time, permanent position with significant opportunities for progression.
  Our independent business includes a butchery, bakery, farm shop, restaurant and events business all located in beautiful rolling countryside near to the NEC.

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish toiletries as required.
• Execute deep cleans and logging cleanliness standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries or requests promptly and courteously.
• Follow health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
