THE POSITION

Sustaining The Berkeley properties at the highest level of cleanliness, the Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring exemplary service, in a courteous and efficient manner.
Housekeepers are team players, with a keen eye for detail. They deliver exceptional service, have an empathetic and respectful approach, and a customer focused mindset. They take pride in the condition of our Resident’ home, provide outstanding hospitality to our residents and guests, while paying attention to the ‘little things’.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous Housekeeping experience and use of equipment.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
  • Empathy for, and an understanding of older adults, aging in place and cognitive impairment.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to build relationships.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to produce timely results.
