JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities. EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a cleaning role within the hotel or hospitality sector is preferred but not mandatory.
• A keen eye for detail with the ability to identify areas needing attention.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively while performing multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition when interacting with guests and colleagues.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Perform cleaning duties in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
• Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors; clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces to maintain a pristine appearance.
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and presentable for guests.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive work environment.
