We are looking for a talented housekeeper to assist our Head Housekeeper in maintaining our high standards in our boutique hotel. As a housekeeper you will be responsible for ensure the rooms in the hotel, and our fine dining restaurant, are cleaned to a pristine standard. Whilst experience is an advantage, it is not essential and training will be provided. We are also flexible with hours to support personal life and prioritise employee satisfaction in conjunction with ensuring a premium guest experience.
Duties:
- Clean and maintain designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, the main dining room, and garden.
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and washing surfaces.
- Change linens and make beds.
- Empty trash and dispose of waste.
- Informing management of stock shortages as necessary.
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines.
- Adhere to company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently, as well as in a team.
- Good time management skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods of time.
