Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role is essential in providing a welcoming atmosphere for guests and residents alike. Pay is based on experience, and shift availability. Duties * Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including guest rooms, hallways, and common areas. * Carry out floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing. * Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently. * Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. * Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed. * Follow established protocols for infection control and sanitation. * Provide exceptional hospitality by responding to guest requests in a timely manner. * Respond to guest housekeeping calls as needed. Skills * Proficient in various cleaning techniques. * Experience in floor care practices, including carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance. * Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable. * Familiarity with janitorial or custodial duties in commercial or industrial settings is a plus. * Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently while adhering to schedules and check lists.
