We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping is preferred but not essential.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
• Knowledge of hotel or hospitality standards is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.

• Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces in guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
• Ensure that all areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Change bed linens and towels, ensuring that all laundry is handled appropriately.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries and cleaning products as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the establishment.
