JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. SKILLS

• Previous janitorial or commercial cleaning experience is highly desirable.
• Experience in a hotel environment is advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and staff.

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Carry out laundry services, including washing, drying, and folding linens and towels.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning materials as needed.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.
• Maintain an organised cleaning schedule to ensure all areas are attended to regularly.
