  HOUSEKEEPER Location: Fayetteville, AR, 72703 JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Butterfield Trail Village in Fayetteville, AR. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in assigned areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Comply with all Butterfield Trail Village policies and procedures. * Clean and sanitize areas of responsibility according to Butterfield Trail Village and departmental policies and procedures. * Clean and sanitize emergency spills promptly as they occur. * Sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other living spaces thoroughly. * Clean high dust areas including ceiling fans, wall ledges, tops of cabinets, refrigerators, and similar surfaces. * Perform thorough cleaning in assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. * Deliver and put away supplies; collect and transport linens (both soiled and clean), trash, and infectious waste safely. * Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or seasonal tasks. * Maintain a courteous and professional attitude with residents, staff, and visitors at all times. QUALIFICATIONS * Ability to follow established policies and procedures. * Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards. * Good physical stamina and ability to perform cleaning tasks efficiently. * Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor. * Ability to adapt and be resilient in all situation. * Ability to contribute to and be part of positive work environment, that supports team members. * Ability to be counted on as a member of team and assist team members as needed.
