Why you will love it here: Join a supportive team where your effort is valued every day Play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences Enjoy a friendly and collaborative workplace What you will do: Keep guest rooms and common areas spotless by removing trash, dirty linens, and debris Care for bed and bathroom linens, including changing, collecting, transporting, and restocking clean sets Maintain clean floors with the right tools—vacuum, broom, mop, and steam cleaner Dust and shine all surfaces, including windows, blinds, mirrors, furniture, and doors Thoroughly sanitize bathrooms (toilets, tubs, sinks, showers, and floors) Refresh kitchens by cleaning appliances, sanitizing counters, emptying refrigerators, and running dishwashers Restock guest supplies so every stay feels welcoming Handle lost-and-found items responsibly Report maintenance issues, damaged or missing items, and any changes in the room condition Verify kitchen and room inventory, documenting as needed Follow safety procedures when using cleaning chemicals and equipment Maintain tidy and organized housekeeping storage spaces Clean shared resort areas such as the lobby, hallways, game room, and laundry facilities Take on other housekeeping tasks as assigned Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to work independently with good judgment Comfortable interacting with both guests and team members Basic math and inventory skills Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays Valid Driver’s License (may be required at some resorts) Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required Ability to frequently lift/move 10–25 lbs. and occasionally up to 40 lbs.
