Your Role as a Housekeeper As a Housekeeper, you’ll help maintain a clean, safe, and home-like environment for our residents by: Cleaning resident rooms and common areas according to established housekeeping standards Completing daily tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting surfaces, and removing trash Laundering, folding, and distributing linens and personal laundry following infection control procedures Performing room changeovers before and after resident moves, including minor repairs and painting Restocking housekeeping carts and supply areas Reporting maintenance needs, safety concerns, or unusual observations to leadership promptly Following safety, infection prevention, chemical handling, and confidentiality guidelines Assisting residents with light room organization while maintaining dignity and respect Working closely with care staff to support a clean, comfortable living environment What We’re Looking For Preferred: At least 2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel, assisted living, or similar setting Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness A caring attitude and respect for residents Ready to Get Started?
