Job Description

As a Housekeeping All-Rounder, you’ll rotate across a mix of duties, keeping things fresh and giving you new skills on the go. You’ll work across:

  • Public Areas – ensuring our hotel sparkles and shines for every guest
  • Houseperson Support – helping our Room Attendants deliver seamless guest service
  • Laundry Operations – assisting with the behind-the-scenes magic of linen and uniforms

This is a guaranteed part-time role (minimum 25 hours/week), with additional shifts available during peak periods. What you’ll be doing:

  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, lifts and guest-facing spaces
  • Assisting Room Attendants by delivering linen, removing rubbish, and replenishing supplies
  • Supporting the laundry team with sorting, washing, folding, and handling hotel linen and uniforms
  • Responding promptly to guest and team requests, with professionalism and pride
  • Maintaining stock levels and cleanliness in service areas

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE:

  • Full availability including weekends and public holidays (flexible rostered shifts across mornings, afternoons and evenings)
  • A strong attention to detail, high standards, and a sense of ownership over your work
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods
  • A genuine team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support across departments
  • Prior experience in housekeeping, cleaning, aged care or similar environments is ideal, but not essential
