A great opportunity has become available for a Hotel Housekeeping Assistant to join the team at B+B Edinburgh.
B+B Edinburgh is a privately-owned boutique bed and breakfast hotel. The B+B concept is the brainchild of a group of like-minded professional hoteliers who have rewritten the rules, and created a new style of bed and breakfast hotel for the 21st century.
As well as stylish, comfortable bedrooms and delicious breakfasts, we are fully licensed. We have 27 bedrooms, ranging from smaller rooms for single occupancy to large family suites. The glorious Findlay Room creates a unique space for meetings and events.
About the role:
· Ensure guest’s satisfaction at all times.
· Serving breakfast, taking the order,
· Re-setting tables.
· Cleaning breakfast room and kitchen at the end of the shifts.
· Cleaning the rooms, keeping the rooms to the highest standards of presentation and cleanliness by carrying out regular spot checks.
· Cleaning public area and meeting rooms.
Applicants should have a pleasant personality and positive attitude. Applicants must also be numerate, well-spoken and be able to communicate in written and spoken English.
This position gives an excellent grounding to progress in the hospitality industry.
