JOIN OUR DINING TEAM AS A HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANT AT BENTS!

We’re looking for a hardworking, customer-focused Housekeeping Assistant to help keep our extensive Dining areas clean, tidy, and welcoming for our customers.

• 16 hours per week working Monday & Thursday (11am–4pm), alternate weekends (Sat 10am–7pm, Sun 9am–5pm).
• Permanent role paid at National Minimum/Living Wage.

Please note, this is a permanent role and you should be able to commit to the above working pattern on a permanent basis. We unfortunately have no summer or weekend only roles at this stage.

OUR HOUSEKEEPING ASSISTANT ROLE INCLUDES-

You’ll support both Front of House and Kitchen teams to maintain high standards and deliver great customer experiences. From clearing tables and helping customers to supporting pot wash, you’ll be a key part of a fast-paced catering environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of dining areas.
• Quickly and efficiently clear and clean tables.
• Help customers with trays and offer a friendly service.
• Follow Food Hygiene and Health & Safety standards.
  You’ll have a friendly, team-focused and proactive approach, with a customer service minded with good communication skills. The restaurant is a very busy environment so you’ll be able to work at pace and under pressure. Having previous catering or cleaning experience is desirable.
