JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and staff alike. This position requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
• Basic cooking skills would be advantageous for assisting with meal preparations when required.
• Experience in a hotel environment is a plus but not essential.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms.
• Ensure all surfaces are dusted, vacuumed, and mopped as required.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities in accordance with company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and cleaning supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.
• Assist in laundry duties as needed, ensuring all items are cleaned and returned in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the facility.
