Job Title:
Accommodation Assistant.
Main Purpose of Job:
To ensure the smooth and professional cleaning and servicing of the Hotel – its bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, public arears, toilets while presenting a clean, fresh and friendly environment for our guests.
Reports to:
Housekeeping Manager / Duty Manager
Main Tasks of Job:
1) To work as part of the accommodation team and greet guests in a friendly manner.
2) Responsible for the cleaning of areas in the hotel including, but not restricted to guests’ rooms, bathrooms, corridors, reception, stairways, restaurant and bar floor, public and staff areas and the meeting rooms floors as directed by Management.
3) Responsible for cleaning other areas as directed by manager on duty and also as per accommodation checklist.
4) Report for duty at the correct time as per the roster, in the specified uniform, ensuring a high standard of appearance at all times.
5) To ensure that all materials and equipment are not left in a hazardous state.
6) Ensure you receive a hand over from the previous shift on duty (Night Porters).
7) To ensure toilets are being kept clean and tidy at all times.
8) Ensure all bedroom’s toiletries and towels are replenished.
9) To comply with Hotel COVID19 regulations in terms of hygiene, masks, social distance measures.
10) Responsible for collecting food trays from the corridors to the Kitchen area.
11) Report and highlight any maintenance issues to Management and appointed Maintenance person.
12) Liaising with Duty Managers and Guests to ensure the above tasks are completed efficiently.
13) Other duties as directed by Management.

Pay: €13.50-€14.00 per hour
