Key Responsibilities:

  • To comply with all company policies and procedures, for example health and safety, COSHH.
  • To ensure that all rooms, venues and toilets are cleaned to the required specification and standards.
  • Use only those chemicals and cleaning materials as instructed inline with COSHH guidelines.
  • Report any item damaged, broken or needing repair to Supervisor or Duty Manager. Delivering excellent Customer Service:
  • To deliver outstanding customer service and standards at all times as required by the business.
  • To accept the importance of maintaining and improving standards in the business and strive to exceed expectations at all times. Work Approach:
  • To have a flexible and adaptive attitude to change and do everything to make new approaches and methods work.
  • To maintain a consistent and effective approach to work.
  • To attend any relevant training courses as recommended by the General Manager, Hotel Manager or the Company.
  • To ensure correct uniform is worn at all times and maintained to a high standard.

Please note this work requires weekend working.
