JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings. This role requires the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A background in commercial cleaning or hospitality is advantageous.

SKILLS

• Proven experience in commercial cleaning or housekeeping within a hotel or care home environment is preferred.
• Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
• Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes.

• Perform thorough cleaning of resident rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and mirrors; and sanitise bathrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to guest requests and inquiries in a friendly manner.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
• Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when stock is low.
