Hours: Weekday and weekend hours available between 10am and 1pm.
Position: Part time, Ad Hoc hours as we build the accommodation side of the business. We are seeking a long-term employee to join our professional, and friendly team.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred but not essential.
• A strong understanding of cleaning techniques and products used in hotel settings.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues.
• A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Full Clean UK Driving License
Must live within 30 minutes of venue location (Dodford Manor, NN7 4SR)

• Clean and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas to the highest standards of cleanliness.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
• Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and linens in guest rooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management promptly.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure efficiency.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Assist with laundry duties as needed.
