WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• Maintain a consistently high standard of cleanliness and presentation in residents’ rooms and shared areas
• Support daily laundry services, ensuring residents’ clothing and linens are handled with care and respect
• Follow all infection control, COSHH, and health & safety policies with diligence
• Work closely with the care and hospitality teams to deliver a seamless, five-star experience
• Build positive relationships with residents, being a friendly and respectful presence in their daily lives
• Take pride in making the home feel beautifully kept, comfortable, and ready for guests at all times
