We offer a stable, structured rota to support your work-life balance:

  • Monday Thursday Saturday Sunday 08.00 to 18.00
  • Tuesday Wednesday Friday 08:00 to 18:00

10 hour shifts with a total average of 35 hours worked per week.

ABOUT US

Cornerstone Healthcare provide specialist care for vulnerable people who present with challenging behaviours associated with complex neurodegenerative and mental health needs.
Residents who live in our homes primarily have a neurological degenerative condition such as Dementia with an underlying mental health condition which makes them inappropriate candidates for dementia care homes or residential care homes for the elderly.
We currently have 4 services based in Waterlooville, Curdridge, Mytchett and Bristol

Our 63-bed service is made up of six specialised units, each tailored to the unique needs of our residents with complex health conditions. We’re proud to be rated GOOD by the CQC.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

  • As a valued member of our housekeeping team, you’ll play a key role in creating a clean, welcoming, and comfortable environment for our residents.
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the home
  • Cleaning and caring for all communal areas and residents’ rooms – including vacuuming, polishing, and mopping
  • Receive training on health and safety protocols, including the safe use of cleaning products and equipment
  • Ensuring all housekeeping supplies are clean, stocked, and ready for use
  • While you won’t be delivering hands-on care, your warm presence and attention to detail will help ensure our residents feel respected, comfortable, and uplifted throughout your time with them
