Responsibilities
  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required.
  • Dust, vacuum, and mop floors; clean windows and mirrors; and sanitise bathrooms.
  • Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient cleaning operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest requests or concerns in a friendly manner.
  • Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, drying, and folding linens.
