The Opportunity: As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness, comfort, and overall presentation of our facilities. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are kept to a high standard, contributing to a welcoming and enjoyable environment for all guests. Working closely with the housekeeping team, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the department, consistently upholding standards of cleanliness, organisation, and guest satisfaction. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help create a positive and memorable experience for every guest. Key Responsibilities: Cleaning guest rooms, public areas and Leisure facilities to our hotel standards. Paying close attention to detail by not comprising on quality standards. Having a passion for guest service and taking ownership of the guest experience. Being organised and proactive in managing your tasks.
