Here, you don't just work in hospitality. You become a Heartist. Job Description We are seeking a casual professional and organised Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. Working closely with the Assistant Executive Housekeeper and Executive Housekeeper, you will help maintain exceptional cleanliness standards and deliver consistently high-quality guest experiences across the hotel. Your responsibilities include: Supervise and support the housekeeping team during daily operations. Conduct room inspections to ensure brand and cleanliness standards are maintained. Ensure guest requests and special requirements are actioned promptly. Reporting maintenance issues, hazards, or faulty equipment. Report maintenance issues and follow up on outstanding tasks. Assist in creating a positive and productive team environment. Ensure safe work practices and compliance with WHS procedures Qualifications Previous experience in housekeeping or hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high presentation standards. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Good communication skills and fluency in English. A confident communicator with a positive and team-focused attitude. Flexible to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. Well-presented with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service. Physically capable of performing manual tasks (lifting, pushing, pulling, stairs).
