Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-Time, 42.5 hours per week, including weekends and evenings
Salary: up to £27,000 per annum, depending on experience

Waterside Holiday Park is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Assistant Manager to join our 5-star Tregoad Park team in Looe. What You’ll Do:
As the Housekeeping Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the Accommodation Manager to maintain cleanliness and create a welcoming environment for guests. Your responsibilities will include:
* Team Support: Overseeing and supervising the cleaning team and checkers to ensure all accommodations meet our impeccable standards.
* Operational Support: Using the booking system and assisting with stocktakes and health & safety checks.
* Collaboration: Working closely with the Holidays Team to ensure smooth arrivals and departures and supporting the Sales Team when needed.
* Guest and Owner Interaction: Addressing guest and owner needs to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
* Compliance: Ensuring compliance with COSHH, health & safety regulations, and other relevant practices.
* Driving: A valid driving license is required to assist with operational duties across the park.
What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for an organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service. Essential skills include:
* Previous experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role, ideally in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
* Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate a diverse team.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with both guests and colleagues.
* Solid understanding of housekeeping operations and health & safety procedures.
* A valid driving license is required.
