Description Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Housekeeping Assistant to ensure our community is clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, families, and visitors. This role is responsible for the day-to-day cleaning of Residents' rooms and community common areas. Requirements Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Previous housekeeping experience in health care of hospitality setting preferred. Skills & Qualifications: Strong knowledge of housekeeping practices, equipment, and cleaning agents. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Commitment to safety, quality, and resident satisfaction. Effective verbal and written English communication skills. Sound judgement and a strong ethical foundation in decision-making. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
