At Shine Cymru Life Skills Services, we support young adults with ASD and learning difficulties to grow in confidence, build independence, and enjoy life to the fullest. We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Housekeeping Assistant to help keep our spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
This isn’t just cleaning – it’s about creating an environment where our learners feel at home.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Experience in a similar cleaning or housekeeping role (ideally in care, healthcare, or community services)
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Reliable, organised, and takes pride in your work
• Positive, respectful, and friendly approach to everyone you meet

• Cleaning and sanitising rooms, kitchens, toilets, and shared spaces
• Washing dishes and tidying activity spaces after lunch
• Restocking supplies and keeping hygiene standards high
• Emptying bins and recycling appropriately
• Reporting maintenance needs to the team
• Travelling between locations, including occasional work at The Oaks Respite Services
