We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and order in our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests and residents. QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning is preferred.
• Experience in a hotel environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Good customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
• Attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
• Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms, common areas, and restrooms to ensure high standards of hygiene.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations within the facility.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
• Follow established protocols for cleaning products and equipment usage to ensure safety and efficiency.
