Job Description Clean and service guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to company standards. Make beds, replace linens, towels, and guest amenities. Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize assigned areas. Replenish room supplies and report low inventory. Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety hazards to the supervisor. Handle guest requests courteously and promptly. Ensure lost and found items are recorded and handed over according to company policy. Operate and maintain housekeeping equipment safely. Follow infection control, hygiene, and health & safety procedures. Maintain confidentiality and respect guests' privacy at all times. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel, resort, hospital, or similar environment is an advantage. Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions.
