Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining our facilities to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will create welcoming, comfortable environments for our guests and colleagues while demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas, and facilities according to established standards and procedures, ensuring all spaces are well-organized Perform daily housekeeping duties including vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies with efficiency and precision Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs and requests, maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor at all times Inspect rooms and facilities for cleanliness, safety hazards, and maintenance issues, reporting any concerns to supervisors immediately Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes while maintaining quality standards Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and utilize cleaning products safely and appropriately Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination and support across all housekeeping operations Adapt to changing priorities and shift schedules with flexibility and resilience Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols to maintain a secure and sanitary environment Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions Qualifications Warm, caring personality with a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence Previous housekeeping or similar hospitality experience (preferred) Excellent organizational skills and strong time management abilities Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards Ability to anticipate guest needs and respond proactively with professionalism and courtesy Physical stamina and capability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Reliability, punctuality, and demonstrated work ethic Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety procedures Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing work demands Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed Ability to work independently while remaining responsive to team coordination and supervisory guidance Inclusive mindset with respect for diverse backgrounds and perspectives Additional Information Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion: We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.
