Job Description You will perform day-to-day activities that ensure the cleanliness of the Community. Our residents truly appreciate your hard work; helping our senior residents is a fulfilling and rewarding job! Essential Duties: Perform daily set up for Community events. Perform daily emptying of resident refuse rooms. Delivers packages to residents. Cleans patios and carpets in common area or in residents apartments. Demonstrate safe and proper technique for chemical/cleaning solution use and stocking of housekeeping carts. Qualifications We will train! The attendant will perform daily activities ensuring the cleanliness of the senior living community, which includes setting up for events and emptying resident refuse rooms. Essential duties also involve delivering packages and cleaning common area patios and carpets in resident apartments.
