ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Housekeeping Attendant at Louma, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and guest satisfaction across our site. You’ll work as part of a dedicated team to maintain pristine guest rooms, public areas, spa and wellness spaces, and outlying barns. From regular room changeovers to spa and pool upkeep, you’ll help create an inviting and relaxing environment for every guest. This role requires attention to detail, a proactive approach, and a friendly, professional manner when engaging with both guests and colleagues.

WHAT YOU’LL DO…

  • Demonstrate excellent attention to detail and strictly follow established cleaning procedures and schedules.
  • Use correct chemicals, materials, equipment, and methods in line with procedures for specific areas and items. Maintain full awareness of COSHH and MSDS guidelines for safe chemical handling, storage, transport, and use across the site, in compliance with SOPs. (Full training provided.)
  • Ensure all areas are consistently clean, tidy, and presented to the highest standard.
  • Collect rubbish, refuse, and waste, and dispose of them in designated bins/areas according to schedules.
  • Collect used linen, replace with clean stock as required, and follow established linen procedures. Carry out in-house laundering of items when necessary.
  • Provide support to other departments in moving items and setting up areas as needed.
  • Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the line manager.
