Description
We are seeking a proactive and dedicated individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Attendant Responsibilities Perform daily cleaning tasks in all living areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, lounges, and outdoor spaces, to the highest hygiene and presentation standards. Change bed linens, replenish towels and toiletries, and manage laundry to maintain a fresh and orderly environment. Ensure all surfaces, floors, and furnishings are cleaned, polished, and well cared for, paying attention to sensitive materials and finishes. Assist with the organisation of wardrobes, cupboards, and storage areas, maintaining careful order and efficiency. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to the relevant manager or supervisor. Support the team with setting up for events or guest arrivals as needed. Maintain strict confidentiality and respect the privacy of villa residents and guests at all times. Required Skills and Experience Proven experience in housekeeping, cleaning or hospitality, preferably within a luxury private villa, five-star hotel, or high-end residential environment. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering outstanding cleanliness and presentation. Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a housekeeping team. Understanding of cleaning products, safe usage, and basic care of luxury surfaces and furnishings. Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a high level of professionalism. Flexible and adaptable, able to adjust tasks to meet the changing needs of residents and guests. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus. Strong communication skills, with a polite and courteous approach to all interactions.
Responsibilities
