OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining cleanliness and organisation within our facilities, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests. This role is essential in upholding the high standards of hygiene and presentation that our establishment is known for. Previous experience in hospitality or janitorial services is highly desirable.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous hotel experience or background in hospitality is preferred.
• Familiarity with janitorial practices and cleaning equipment is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a friendly disposition towards guests and colleagues alike.

• Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure a pristine environment.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other amenities as required, ensuring all items are fresh and well-presented.
• Dust, vacuum, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness throughout the premises.
• Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas, ensuring all items are readily available for guests.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
