HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT

United Co. is a shared workspace provider in Melbourne. We offer private offices, Co-Working, virtual offices, meeting rooms and corporate venue hire to the local business community. We are looking to grow our housekeeping team!

EXPERIENCE AND CAPABILITIES:

  • 2+ years in a similar role within a hotel, conference centre or shared office environment
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Strong initiative and problem solving skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player
  • Ability to assist in moving furniture between rooms
    This position is a permanent casual position.
    Must have work rights in Australia.
    Hours: Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm. Flexible hours - additional hours may be required depending on the needs of the business

Responsibilities
  • Clean member kitchens and bathrooms thoroughly and regularly throughout the day
  • Keep pantry items and kitchen supplies stocked to required levels
  • Prepare offices for new arrivals/exits
  • Clean and refresh all common area lounges, meeting spaces, lunch tables, gym and wellness rooms and rooftop balconies.
  • Follow OH&S guidelines for cleaning and furniture movements, reporting any faults or maintenance issues.
