• Maintains excellent standards of cleanliness throughout the Hotel.
• Cleaning bedrooms and public areas.
• Teamwork.
• Ensures all maintenance requests are communicated clearly to the Maintenance Team.
• Deals with all guest requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure that all checklists are completed.
• Follows hotel procedure for the acceptance, security and return of guest lost property.
• Adheres to hotel policy for key control and security.
