Key Responsibilities: - Clean and maintain guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and comfort - Complete daily laundry and room servicing tasks, including making beds, replacing linens, and replenishing amenities - Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, sanitize bathrooms, and remove trash to uphold hygiene standards - Stock carts with room amenities and cleaning supplies, adhering to safety and security protocols - Conduct periodic room maintenance and deep-cleaning activities, such as scrubbing floors, shampooing carpets, and polishing fixtures, as needed - Follow all hotel standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality preferred but not required - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Good physical stamina and ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods - Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safe handling practices - Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude - Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays We foster a supportive and inclusive work environment where team members are encouraged to grow and develop their skills.
