We are seeking a diligent Housekeeper to join our team at Betterclean Services in the Swansea. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards that reflect our commitment to excellence. Your contributions will directly support our mission of providing outstanding cleaning services.

Experience:

• housekeeping : 1 year (required

• Perform cleaning duties including dusting, mopping, and vacuuming
• Ensure all areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards
• Assist with inventory management of cleaning supplies
• Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures
• Provide excellent customer service during interactions with clients
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
• Qualifications
• Proven experience as a housekeeper or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of cleaning products and techniques
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and customer service orientation
• Previous hotel or janitorial experience is highly desirable
