As a Housekeeping Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of our hotel rooms. You will work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure that our guests experience a comfortable and pleasant stay. With our customer-centric approach and commitment to continuous improvement, you will be contributing to the success of our hotels through your exceptional cleaning skills and attention to detail. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize assigned hotel rooms according to the established standards and procedures Change bed linen, replenish towels, and ensure that all amenities are properly stocked Vacuum, mop, and dust floors, furniture, and fixtures Clean and disinfect bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient room turnover and timely response to guest requests Adhere to safety and security protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeping attendant in a hotel or similar setting Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and practices Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and work on your feet for extended periods Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts as per the hotel's needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner
