About the role
The Housekeeping Coordinator is the department’s main point of contact for all operational matters during a shift. Incoming phone calls are handled by the coordinator and requests are followed up accordingly. The focus points are operational efficiency and quality via efficient task distribution and spot checks. To be successful close collaboration with other departments as, Front Desk, Guest Relations and Engineering, as well as the different disciplines within the housekeeping team is required: Houseman, Linnen Room Attendants, Room Attendants and Floor Supervisors.
