The Group Vintage has signed a franchise agreement with Marriott International, Inc. to convert the Vintage Grand Hotel to a dual-branded Marriott Hotel and Marriott Executive Apartments in Dubai Production City – a fast-growing business hub in the city. The property will be conveniently located just 30 minutes away from Al Maktoum Airport and Dubai International Airport, with excellent connections to every part of the city. This is set to be the largest Marriott Executive Apartments in UAE, which will bring exceptional, new F&B experiences to this location which is rapidly emerging as the heart of the New Dubai corridor, catering to both our guests and the surrounding vibrant communities.
The opening of Marriott Hotel Production City, Dubai is anticipated to mark the fifth hotel under the Marriott Hotel’s brand in Dubai. The hotel will exemplify the brand’s continued evolution and feature contemporary and intuitive spaces. Projected to open in Q4 2025, the 365 room hotel, will feature a number of dining outlets, the brand’s signature M Club lounge, a pool, fitness center and tennis court.
Marriott Executive Apartments continues to cater to the rapidly growing demand for extended stay accommodations in the UAE. Marriott Executive Apartments Production City, Dubai is anticipated to offer 420 apartments that provide home comforts for both business and leisure travelers.

Responsibilities
  • Follow up on the list for orders needed to be done with in the property either for maintenance or materials needed for the property as related to quality standard.
  • To write down and forward all guests complaints or managers request to the Executive or Assistant Executive Housekeeper for immediate action.
  • To write down any special attention such as: VIP’s banquet, flowers, vases, etc. in the log and inform the Executive or Assistant Executive Housekeeper for the same immediate action.
  • Prepare the one final supervisor report after receiving the same from each supervisor.
  • Handle Lost & Found log book, if required by the Executive Housekeeper, and distribution to the staff. Follow up Policy & Procedures for the same
  • Prepare the Article for the Food & Beverage Department Use Form for any appliances required by them and make sure that they sign for receiving the same.
  • The articles should be written in the control book for follow up and records.
  • Prepare the General store Requisition and have it approved by the Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
  • Bring general store requisition from the general storeroom and upon receiving the supplies to check for the quality ordered.
  • Write maintenance request orders if required by the Executive or Assistant Executive Housekeeper. A copy should be handed over to the Engineering Department for action, a copy kept in the maintenance request orders board for follow up and records
  • Handle the staff daily attendance sheet or log book for the Department for signing in and out.
  • To prepare the weekly Department Head’s time sheet according to the attendance sheet and staff time cards and hand it over to the Executive Housekeeper for approval and to submit the same to the Personnel Department.
  • To make sure that the blackboard is always kept-up-to-date.
  • Handle the distribution of reports, memos, etc.
  • Follow up for all filling to ensure that the filling cabinets are clean tidy and up dated.
  • Perform special assignments as assigned by the Executive or Assistant Executive Housekeeper.
  • To ensure that his/her area is clean and tidy.
  • Knowledge of first aid to help for any emergency.
  • Respond to fire calls, real or drill, follow up for instruction and ensure the safe delivery off master keys.
  • To receive and record all telephone calls, and follow up to ensure that action has been done.
  • Follow up for maintenance and repairs requested by managers or staff to ensure immediate action.
  • Notify the Supervisors for the very urgent job or places to be cleaned which had to be made first,and any special guest requests. Record it in the log book.
