Description

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper in a 200+ room four- or five-star hotel or resort
  • Previous experience with international hotel brands such as IHG, Marriott, Radisson, Hilton, etc. is preferred
  • Prior work experience in Africa is a strong advantage
  • Relevant degree or diploma in hospitality or related field
  • Proven ability to lead and develop large multicultural teams
  • Strong financial understanding, including budget and cost control
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Well-organised, proactive, and able to think on their feet
  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and Opera PMS
  • Flexible and capable of handling pressure and changing priorities
