JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in common areas and apartments ensuring a welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong commitment to sanitation and customer service, with an emphasis on thorough cleaning practices.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning; janitorial experience is a plus
  • Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and housekeeping management principles
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Familiarity with various cleaning equipment and products, including carpet cleaners and floor care machinery
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results consistently
  • Previous hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory

Responsibilities
  • Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens
  • Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning sessions
  • Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in accordance with safety protocols
  • Maintain a detailed inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management
  • Uphold standards of hygiene and sanitation in all areas of responsibility
