Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Housekeeping Executive to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout our property. Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and housekeeping facilities Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations and adherence to quality standards Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness and identify any maintenance issues Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and guest amenities, ensuring proper stock levels Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction Implement and maintain housekeeping procedures and standards in line with company policies Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and customer service Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences Prepare and maintain accurate reports on room status, maintenance issues, and staff performance Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene regulations in all housekeeping operations Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Hospitality or related field Proven experience in housekeeping management, preferably in a luxury hotel setting Strong knowledge of housekeeping standards, procedures, and best practices Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards Superior customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction Effective leadership and team management abilities Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in using property management systems and Microsoft Office suite Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions Knowledge of safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in the hospitality industry Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, walking, and light lifting Job-Category: Rooms Job Type: Permanent Job Schedule: Full-Time
